Job summary

Sincere Watch Sdn Bhd is seeking a dedicated Brand Executive to support the development and management of our portfolio of independent luxury watch brands in Malaysia.

Reporting to Brand Manager, the successful candidate will support brand marketing initiatives, retail engagement, sales performance analysis, and coordination with international brand principals to strengthen brand presence and contribute to business growth.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business Management or related discipline.
• 1–2 years minimum experience in brand management, sales or luxury retail.
• Strong communication, organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Support brand management, marketing campaigns, product launches, events and digital initiatives.
• Coordinate with international brand principals on marketing initiatives, product information, campaigns and approvals.
• Collaborate with boutique and sales teams to provide brand updates, storytelling tools and training support.
• Monitor sales performance, inventory and market trends; prepare monthly reports and analyses.
• Coordinate product assortment, deliveries, orders, merchandise attributes, inventory management and visual merchandising.
• Support cross-functional collaboration and day-to-day brand operations.
