Job summary

LUXASIA, the leading beauty omnichannel brand-builder in Asia Pacific, seeks a Technician to diagnose, repair, test and maintain products, ensuring the highest performance and customer satisfaction in our Malaysia service centre.

You will support after‑sales operations by delivering timely repairs, maintaining accurate records of repairs and spare parts, and upholding brand technical standards, quality and safety across luxury electronics and home appliances.

Qualifications

• Diploma, Certificate, or Technical Qualification in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related technical field.
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in product repair, technical servicing, maintenance, or electronics troubleshooting.
• Experience in consumer electronics, home appliances, electrical products, or technical service environments is preferred.
• Experience within the luxury, lifestyle brands, electronics, premium consumer brand, and retail industry is an added advantage.
• Strong diagnostic and problem‑solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues across all product categories; perform repairs and maintenance per brand standards.
• Conduct inspections and testing to identify faults and determine corrective actions.
• Ensure repairs meet turnaround times and quality standards.
• Manage repair jobs, service requests, and work orders per defined processes.
• Monitor spare parts inventory and maintain workshop cleanliness.
