Sentai Kitchenware Malaysia is seeking a qualified driver with a valid CDL Class E to safely operate company lorries across routes in Selangor. You will verify delivery orders, plan routes, and oversee loading and unloading to ensure goods arrive in good condition.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate company lorries and transport goods.
• Adhere to traffic laws and company safety policies.
• Verify DOs, quantities, and condition before/after loading.
• Ensure paperwork is signed and returned to the office.
• Maintain journey logs, mileage, and fuel records.
• Assist in loading/unloading and secure cargo to prevent damage.
• Report damages or shortages to Supervisor/Logistics Lead.
• Conduct daily vehicle inspections and schedule servicing as required.

Responsibility

• Safely operate company lorries
• Strictly adhere to all traffic laws, road safety regulations, and company safety policies.
• Verify delivery orders, quantities, and the condition of goods before and after loading/unloading.
• Ensure all Delivery Orders (DO) and relevant paperwork are signed and returned to the office.
• Maintain accurate journey logs, mileage records, and fuel consumption reports.
• Oversee or assist in the loading and unloading of goods, ensuring items are stowed securely to prevent damage or breakage.
• Report any damages, shortages, or quality deficiencies immediately to the Supervisor/Logistics Lead.
• Conduct daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections (tyres, engine oil, water, brakes).
• Ensure the vehicle is kept clean and tidy at all times.
• Schedule and send the vehicle for routine servicing and Puspakom/JPJ inspections as required.
• Perform minor roadside repairs or maintenance when necessary.
