Job summary

M & N Furniture Trading Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a reliable delivery driver to join our logistics team in Kuala Lumpur.

You will deliver furniture and related goods to customers according to schedules, both in-city and to outstation locations when required. Responsibilities include loading and unloading with care, verifying items against orders, planning efficient routes with GPS, performing daily vehicle inspections, and reporting any faults or discrepancies.

Qualifications

• Possess a valid GDL E Kejur license.
• Good driving record with a strong sense of responsibility and safety awareness.
• Able to work independently, manage delivery schedules, and meet deadlines.
• Previous experience in lorry driving, logistics, or delivery operations is preferred.
• Physically fit and capable of lifting and moving heavy goods.
• Familiar with roads and delivery routes within Kuala Lumpur and surrounding areas.
• Willing to work six (6) days per week.

Responsibilities

• Deliver goods to customers according to assigned schedules within Kuala Lumpur and outstation locations when required.
• Load, unload, and handle products carefully to ensure safe transportation and prevent damage during transit.
• Verify delivery items against delivery orders and ensure all goods are delivered accurately and in good condition.
• Plan efficient delivery routes using GPS or navigation tools to ensure timely deliveries.
• Conduct daily vehicle inspections, including checking tires, brakes, lights, engine oil, and overall vehicle condition.
• Report vehicle faults, maintenance requirements, accidents, or delivery discrepancies promptly to the supervisor.
• Complete delivery records, delivery orders, and related documentation accurately.
• Comply with all road safety regulations, traffic laws, and company policies.
• Provide courteous and professional service when interacting with customers.
