Job summary

Stream Environment Sdn. Bhd. in Malaysia is seeking a responsible Lorry Driver to support RORO collection and transportation operations. The role requires safety-conscious individuals with Class E licence and SPM/certificate qualification.

Responsibilities include transporting containers between client sites and landfills, performing daily vehicle inspections, and complying with ISO quality and safety standards. Night shifts and overtime may be required based on operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM / Certificate or equivalent.
• Valid GDL & Class E driving licence.
• 3-5 years of relevant driving or RORO experience.
• Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia.
• Willing to work night shifts, overtime, weekends and public holidays based on operational needs.

Responsibilities

• Comply with the company's ISO 9001 Quality Management System requirements.
• Maintain high standards of safety, hygiene and housekeeping while on duty.
• Operate the assigned Class E lorry safely and efficiently to transport RORO containers between client sites, landfill facilities and designated locations.
• Carry out collection, delivery and hauling activities according to the assigned schedule and routes.
• Ensure container loading, unloading and hauling are performed according to SOPs.
• Conduct daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections and ensure the lorry is clean, safe and roadworthy.
• Report any vehicle defects, accidents, breakdowns, traffic incidents or operational issues to the supervisor/manager immediately.
• Comply with all road traffic regulations, company safety policies and operational procedures.
• Ensure the proper use and safekeeping of the assigned lorry, equipment, tools and accessories.
• Perform other duties assigned by Management to support daily operations.
