Job summary

SMART LEGACY SDN BHD is seeking a delivery personnel in Kuala Lumpur to manage loading and unloading of goods at customer stores and our store daily. You will promptly report any delivery issues to HQ and collect rejected items after approval.

You must ensure all items match the delivery order and that every D/O and invoice is signed by the customer before passing to the sales department.

Responsibilities

• Loading and unloading company goods at either customer’s store and our store daily.
• Reporting all delivery-related problems to HQ personnel immediately (no delay).
• To collect all rejected / returned items upon approval from HQ.
• Must ensure all load items are accurate and tally with the delivery order (D/O) given (correct item and total quantity).
• Ensure all delivery order (D/O) and invoice are “chop and sign” by customer and pass to sales department later.
