Job summary

Nature First Harvest Sdn Bhd is seeking a Logistics Supervisor in Malaysia to oversee daily warehouse, loading and delivery operations. You will plan routes, coordinate drivers and vehicles, and ensure accurate, on-time deliveries.

The role requires a Diploma in Logistics, 2–3 years in logistics/warehouse, strong leadership and communication skills, and flexibility for urgent operational needs.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain or related field required.
• 2–3 years of experience in logistics, transportation, warehouse or distribution.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to handle urgent operational issues under pressure.
• Supervisory experience preferred for drivers and warehouse staff.
• Proficient in Excel, Word and basic reporting.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse, loading, delivery and logistics operations.
• Plan and coordinate drivers, attendants, vehicles and routes.
• Ensure deliveries are accurate, complete and on time.
• Monitor loading/unloading and verify stock against invoices/ DOs.
• Oversee receiving, storage, picking, packing and movement of stock.
• Safeguard company vehicles and assets; report damages promptly.
• Liaise with Sales, Accounts, Purchasing and other departments.
