• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
• Lead and mentor a team of operational staff for development and performance.
• Analyze operational data to identify improvements and report KPIs to management.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards and company policies.
• Collaborate with sales, procurement and finance to align operations with business goals.
• Manage budgets, track expenses and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Proficiency in logistics management software and associated technologies.
