Job summary

Nature First Harvest is seeking a capable Logistics Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse, loading and delivery operations in Shah Alam. You will plan routes, coordinate drivers and vehicles, and ensure on-time, accurate deliveries across departments.

The role requires a Diploma in Logistics or related field and 2–3 years of experience in logistics. Strong leadership and communication abilities are essential, with flexibility for extended hours when operations demand it.

Qualifications

• Diploma in logistics, supply chain or related field is required.
• 2–3 years experience in logistics, transportation, warehouse or distribution.
• Strong leadership and communication skills required.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle urgent issues.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse, loading, delivery and logistics operations.
• Plan and coordinate drivers, truck attendants, vehicles and routes.
• Ensure deliveries are accurate, complete and on time.
• Monitor loading/unloading and match goods to invoices/DOs.
• Oversee receiving, storage, picking, packing and stock movement.
• Control company vehicles, diesel cards, keys and assets.
• Monitor vehicle condition, servicing and report damages promptly.
• Coordinate with Sales, Accounts, Purchasing and other departments.
