Job summary

Jora Malaysia is offering a 5-month internship/contract in Shah Alam and Butterworth Penang for a Warehouse Logistics role. The position focuses on coordinating inbound and outbound shipments, managing logistics documentation, and maintaining ERP records to ensure efficient operations.

You will liaise with warehouses, transport providers, and internal teams, track shipments, and resolve issues such as inventory discrepancies and delivery delays.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor inbound and outbound shipments to ensure timely delivery and receipt of goods.
• Prepare, review, and process logistics documentation, including Delivery Orders (DO), Goods Return Notes (GRN), shipping documents, and customs-related forms.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and update Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), SAP, or other ERP systems.
• Liaise with external warehouses, transportation providers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to support efficient logistics operations.
• Track shipment status and provide timely updates to relevant stakeholders.
• Handle customer and internal inquiries relating to deliveries, inventory availability, and shipment status.
• Investigate and resolve delivery issues, inventory discrepancies, damaged goods, and other logistics-related concerns.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, quality requirements, and applicable regulatory guidelines.
• Prepare logistics reports and maintain accurate operational records and documentation.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance logistics efficiency, service quality, and cost effectiveness.
