Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Logistics, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, or related discipline.
4+ years in logistics operations or 3PL management with independent work capability.
Proficiency in SAP/TMS and 4PL/3PL freight supplier management and KPI tracking.
Strong knowledge of transportation operations, compliance, and supplier governance.
Advanced data analysis for operational improvements.

Responsibilities

Own and manage logistics operations for inbound, interplant, and outbound materials.
Provide dock operations ownership to support site start-up and ramp.
Monitor performance against logistics KPIs and compliance standards.
Analyze processes and data to identify inefficiencies and improvements.
Escalate and resolve shipping, warehouse, carrier, and execution issues.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external providers.
Develop logistics solutions using analytical and digital tools.
Update senior leaders on schedule, scope, cost, risk, and readiness.
This role supports startup for Assembly Test and Wafer Sort factory operations.
