Job summary

Volvo Malaysia invites motivated students to join our Logistics team for hands-on experience in logistics operations, documentation, and exposure to the heavy commercial vehicle industry.

Key tasks include preparing quotations, supporting promotions, managing truck fleets, and handling transportation and customs paperwork, while gaining practical industry exposure within a multinational corporate environment.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Operations, or related fields.
• Project management competency is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of automotive or heavy commercial vehicle industry is preferred.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing quotations and handling immigration-related processes.
• Gain hands-on experience in managing logistics operations.
• Support promotional activities, advertising, and sales efforts for trucks.
• Monitor and maintain the fleet of trucks to ensure operational readiness.
• Assist in preparing and maintaining transportation and customs documentation.
