Job summary

Volvo Malaysia is seeking enthusiastic students from Logistics, Operations, or related fields to join our Logistics team. This internship offers hands‑on experience in logistics operations, documentation, and exposure to the heavy commercial vehicle industry.

Interns will assist with quotations, immigration processes, fleet management, and promotions for trucks, while gaining practical insights in a multinational corporate setting in Malaysia.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Operations, or related fields.
• Competency in project management is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of the automotive/heavy commercial vehicle industry preferred.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Detail‑oriented and able to work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing quotations and handling immigration‑related processes.
• Gain hands‑on experience in managing logistics operations.
