Job summary

Yik Loong Air-Cond Sdn Bhd – Puchong New Village is seeking a reliable personal/company driver to provide safe and timely transportation for management to meetings and other official or personal destinations.

The role requires a valid Class D driving license, a clean driving record, and familiarity with Klang Valley routes. You will maintain discretion, punctuality and professionalism while supporting despatch tasks and flexible hours, including weekends or public holidays.

Qualifications

• SPM or equivalent qualification is required.
• Must possess a valid driving license (Class D or equivalent) with a clean driving record.
• Experience as a personal driver or company driver is preferred.
• Familiar with local Klang Valley routes.
• High level of integrity, discretion and professionalism.
• Punctual, reliable and able to manage time effectively.
• Willing to work flexible hours including weekends or public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, timely and professional transportation for management to meetings, appointments and other official or personal destinations.
• Plan routes and schedules efficiently to ensure punctuality at all times.
• Perform despatch duties, including delivery and collection of documents, parcels, and items to/from banks, clients, and relevant stakeholders.
• Handle confidential documents and information with strict discretion.
• Maintain accurate records of trips, mileage, fuel usage, and despatch activities.
• Ensure the assigned vehicle is clean, well-maintained, and serviced regularly.
• Conduct routine vehicle checks and responsible for the cleanliness, upkeep, and overall condition of the assigned vehicle, including arranging and sending the vehicle for routine maintenance, servicing, and necessary repairs in a timely manner.
• Comply with all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies.
• Be available for overtime, standby duties, or irregular working hours as required by the management.
• Assist with ad-hoc errands or tasks as assigned.
