Job summary

Beckman Coulter Diagnostics, part of Danaher, seeks a Logistics Co-Ordinator for Malaysia and Singapore. The role focuses on inbound logistics, 3PL management, and local distribution within the APAC region.

It will be an on-site position reporting to the Senior Manager Logistics & Distribution APAC. The incumbent will oversee warehouse operations, ensure compliance with audits, and coordinate deliveries and essential packing materials.

• Experience in multinational company in similar role
• Willingness to travel 20–30% within country / abroad

The Logistics Co-Ordinator is responsible for managing Inbound logistics, 3PL management & overseeing local distribution for Singapore & Malaysia WH.

This position reports to the Senior Manager Logistics & Distribution APAC region and is part of the global Logistics & Distribution Family & will be an on-site role.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Regional Warehouse Management & Compliance: Overseeing warehouse operations across Malaysia & Singapore, including administrative support for product labeling, ensuring controlled drug, Poison drug movement compliance, conducting annual stock counts, and managing internal, Danaher, and ISO audits.

• Logistics & Supply Chain Coordination: Tracking inbound shipments, coordinating instrument deliveries, and procuring essential packing materials and consumables.

• Financial Processing & Issue Resolution: Verifying and processing bills, and initiating GOPE, NC, or credit notes to address any identified issues.

The essential requirements of the job include :

• Graduate + Education in supply chain management or logistics management will have added advantage

• Worked in multinational company in similar profile

• Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements: if applicable for role
