Job summary

Deutsche Post is offering an internship in Medini Iskandar, JB for Business & Logistics students. You will learn from senior experts in the Industrial Project Department and gain hands-on experience across multiple billing and data-management tasks.

Responsibilities include accurate billing, resolving invoice disputes, collaborating with FICO Credit Control, and maintaining contract records in CW1. The role emphasizes data analysis, reporting, and process improvement with monthly internship

Qualifications

• Diploma and/or Degree in Logistics, Transportation, and/or Business Studies with minor in logistics and supply chain.
• Professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Excellent analytical skills
• Sharp in numbers during audit process
• Pro-action in problem solving.
• Ability to handle large quantities of data (reporting)
• Good management and motivational skills
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

Responsibilities

• Bill/invoice customers accurately and on time per customer billing KPI.
• Troubleshoot customer invoice disputes or queries.
• Collaborate with FICO Credit Control to resolve invoicing issues.
• Maintain customers' contract filings in CW1/Share Folder.
• Audit costing and prepare Billing Instructions for final charges to invoice customer.
• Enter and capture all carriers/suppliers/vendors costs into CW1 CES.
• Prepare customer reports if requested.
