Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking a Logistics Executive to support daily administrative, purchasing, logistics and export documentation tasks in a busy office in Malaysia. You will liaise by phone, assist with general admin duties, and participate in payroll processing.

The role requires a Diploma/Degree, a positive attitude, and a sense of responsibility. Training is provided and the office is accessible by public transport.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree required for the role.
• Experience in related or accounting fields would be an advantage.
• Good command of MS Excel, Word, Outlook and PDF.
• Positive working attitude and strong sense of responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Assist in general administrative tasks involving purchasing.
• Handle telephone liaison duties.
• Manage day-to-day office admin, logistics and export documentation.
• Perform monthly payroll.
• Submit management admin reports by deadlines.
• Support superiors as required.
• Handle any other ad-hoc assignments as needed.
