B&E PRECISION (M) SDN. BHD. is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Logistic Executive to manage the company’s supply chain and logistics operations. The role involves coordinating shipments, monitoring deliveries, and ensuring smooth movement of materials and finished products.

Responsibilities

Responsible for all logistics related activities, include import and export shipment arrangement, quotation, custom clearance, packaging, preparing shipping documents, follow up, etc.

Liase with freight forwarders, custom and other stakeholders to ensure seamless logistics operations.

Responsible for all LMW’s activities, include preparation and submission of various reports, such as application for exemption, license renewal, monthly and yearly report submission, etc. Ensure all LMW customs related documents are well maintained for compliance and renewal audits.

Undertake shipping/ freight cost management, such as check, analyse and verification on quotation, billing invoice from freight forwarders and correspond to all relevant shipping costs and expenses.

Other ad hoc tasks assigned by Superior.

Requirements

Diploma or equivalent in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.

Minimum 2 years hands on experience in Logistics/ shipping field (manufacturing industry preferred).

Strong organisational, planning, and time-management skills.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficient in MS Office and inventory management systems.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Knowledgeable in import and export regulations, customs procedures and international shipping practices.

Familiar with LMW-related import and export trade law, policy, regulations and operating procedures.
