My Smiling House Sdn. Bhd. invites you to join as a Digital Content & Commerce Intern, offering a bridge between creative storytelling and e-commerce.

You’ll work across live streams, short-form videos, and social commerce on Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and our web store. You will receive hands-on mentorship, learn analytics, and build a strong portfolio while contributing to Camino Winter Wear and Happihome brands.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Communications, Digital Media Production, Marketing, Business, Creative Media, or related discipline.
• Comfortable appearing on camera to present products during live streams.
• Basic proficiency in video editing software (CapCut or Premiere Pro).
• Keen eye for digital trends, trending audio hooks, and visual aesthetics.

Responsibilities

• Live Stream Hosting: Host engaging sessions on platforms like TikTok Shop and Shopee Live (2–3 hours/day) to showcase products and drive live commerce conversions.
• Multimedia Content Production: Conceptualize, script, shoot, and edit short-form video content and lifestyle imagery.
• Social Commerce & Community Management: Maintain brand voice across platforms; respond to customer interactions and optimize listings with SEO keywords.
• Operations & Data Analytics: Assist with listings, inventory syncing, and analyze performance metrics to see what content converts viewers into buyers.
