Job summary

Jora Malaysia is hiring for a frontline role at our Ijok showroom, inviting friendly individuals to assist walk-in customers and respond to inquiries across Facebook, TikTok, WhatsApp, and other online platforms.

No prior experience required as full training will be provided; you will learn to manage online and in-store operations, hit monthly targets, and develop customer-service skills in a dynamic retail environment.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel & Word.
• Comfortable appearing on TikTok Live / Facebook Live.
• Understanding of online platform operations (training provided).
• Strong communication and follow-up skills.
• Self-motivated, responsible, and goal-oriented.
• Able to work both independently and as part of a team.
• No experience required – full training provided.

Responsibilities

• Serve walk-in customers at our Ijok direct factory showroom.
• Respond to customer inquiries through Facebook, TikTok, WhatsApp, and other online platforms.
• Conduct TikTok Live & Facebook Live sessions to promote products and engage with customers.
• Create simple live content and interact confidently during livestream sessions.
• Update and maintain product listings and content on online marketplaces.
• Follow up with potential customers and close sales effectively.
• Achieve monthly sales targets with strong persistence and follow-through.
• Ensure smooth coordination between online and in-store operations.
