• Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and confident speaking on camera.
• Friendly, cheerful and good at chatting with viewers.
• Strong communication and execution skills.
• Interested in gadgets and phones, and quick to learn about products.
• Sales-oriented and motivated by targets.
• Has a suitable space and stable internet at home for live sessions.
• Able to work according to schedule, including nights, weekends and public holidays.
• At least 1 year of live hosting experience, or experience producing your own Reels / Stories / videos, is a plus
• Prior experience as a TikTok content creator, social media influencer or livestream host is a plus
• Sales, promoter, retail or social media experience is an advantage
• A background in media, advertising, marketing or related studies is an advantage

Responsibilities

• Host live sessions on TikTok Shop according to schedule
• Introduce and demonstrate products such as casings, screen protectors and other gadget accessories
• Answer viewers' questions live, such as "Will this fit my phone?", and handle buyers' doubts
• Drive sales through flash deals, bundles, vouchers, giveaways and interactive activities
• Plan live scripts and rundowns with the team, including for payday sales, campaigns and new product launches
• Create short videos to attract followers and viewers to live sessions
• Follow TikTok Shop and Shopee guidelines and give accurate product information

About the Role

You’ll be the voice of STARWISE on TikTok Shop. Your job is to introduce phone gadgets and accessories, interact with viewers live, and turn viewers into buyers.

What You'll Do

Host live sessions on TikTok Shop according to schedule
