Job summary

Sunup Healthcare Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking a Content Creator to host daily livestream sessions across TikTok Shop, Shopee Live, and other platforms, driving sales and engaging audiences.

You will collaborate with E-Commerce and Marketing to plan, shoot, and edit TikTok videos, develop content ideas, and ensure alignment with brand and campaigns while meeting KPIs for audience engagement.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of relevant experience.
• Willing to appear on camera regularly and communicate with live audience.

Job description

Conduct daily livestream sessions across Tiktok Shop, Shopee Live and other platforms.

Drives sales conversiona and achieve GMV target.

Promote engaging and interective content of products, bundle, exclusive deal during livestream.

Analyze livestream performance and recommend improvements.

Stay up-to-date with trends and best practices in live streaming and social media marketing to maintain a competitive edge.

Ensure livestream studios and equipment are well-maintaned and operational.

Troubleshoot basic technical issues during livestream sessions.

Content Creator

Collaborate with the E-Commerce and Marketing teams to plan and create engaging content for livestream and social media, ensuring alignment with the overall brand and marketing strategies.

Generate content ideas, plan, shoot, and edit TikTok videos to support brand awareness, product promotions, and marketing campaigns.

Perform other duties, projects and responsibilities as assigned by the immediate superior, manager or company management.

Job Requirements

Must have at least 1 year of relevant experience.

Willing to appear on camera regularly and confidently communicate with a live audience.

Comfortable working flexible hours, including weekends, public holidays, or campaign periods when required.

Able to meet KPIs for live streaming, content creation, and audience engagement.
