Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a livestream host to conduct product introductions and drive sales across live-stream platforms in Malaysia. You will interact with viewers, create engaging content and support promotion activities in a fast-paced environment.

Fluent in Mandarin with strong on-camera presence is preferred; experience in retail or beauty wellness helps, and familiarity with Facebook, TikTok, Shopee and Instagram is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Natural on camera and comfortable with live streaming.
• Experience in retail sales promoter or beauty wellness is welcome; live-streaming e-commerce is a plus.
• Strong understanding of marketplaces like Facebook, TikTok, Shopee and Instagram.
• Multilingual abilities; Mandarin proficiency preferred for client communication.

Responsibilities

• Conduct live-stream sessions to introduce products to viewers.
• Drive sales by guiding audiences to place orders via social platforms.
• Engage with the audience to create a lively atmosphere and build a fan base.
• Assist with fan marketing initiatives and related promotions.
• Create engaging content across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and more.
• Stay updated on live-streaming trends; summarize performance for improvement.
• Collaborate with lead streamers to ensure a smooth and engaging show.
• Handle ad-hoc duties as needed during campaigns.

Product Introductions: Conduct live-stream sessions to showcase and introduce products to the audience.

Drive Sales: Guide viewers in placing orders through live stream platforms like Facebook, TikTok, Shopee, Lazada,etc.

Audience Interactions: Interact with the audience effectively to create an engaging and lively atmosphere, while fostering a strong fan base

Marketing Planning: Assist with fan marketing initiatives and related promotional activities

Content Creation: Produce engaging and creative content acrossmultiple platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok etc).

Stay updated on live streaming trends and platforms. Summarize, review and evaluate live performance for improvement.

Collaborate with lead live streamers during streaming sessions, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience for viewers.

Other ad-Hoc responsibilities if have.
