Job summary

Collaborate with marketing to plan livestream content and product launches, stay up to date on models and industry trends, and convert viewers into showroom visits or sales inquiries. Experience with TikTok Live or Facebook Live is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Host live streaming sessions to promote motorcycles and dealership promotions across social media platforms
• Present motorcycle features, specifications, performance, pricing, financing options, and ongoing promotions in an engaging and professional manner
• Respond to customer enquiries in real time, providing accurate product information and recommending suitable models based on customer needs
• Generate sales leads by encouraging viewers to visit the showroom, or contact the sales team
• Build customer confidence through clear product demonstrations and effective communication
• Collaborate with the marketing team to plan livestream content, promotional campaigns, and product launches
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of motorcycle models, new releases, and industry trends
• Track customer enquiries and follow up with potential buyers to support the sales process
• Ensure all livestreams reflect the dealership's brand image and deliver a positive customer experience
