Job summary

Alfa Cultural Holding Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a confident Live Host to join the e-commerce team on a part-time basis. You will host live streaming sessions, introduce health and wellness products, engage with viewers, and support sales conversions during live events.

Fresh graduates are welcome. Training will be provided to help you develop live hosting, sales, and content creation skills within a growing team focused on health, wellness, beauty, and e-commerce.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Confident on camera with high energy.
• Fluent English; Bahasa Malaysia is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Host live streaming sessions on social media and e-commerce platforms.
• Introduce and explain product features, benefits, promotions, and usage clearly.
• Engage with viewers and respond to questions during live sessions.
• Create an energetic, friendly, and interactive live-streaming environment.
• Encourage audience engagement and support sales conversion.
• Learn product information before each live session.
• Work with marketing and content teams on campaigns and promotions.
• Assist with simple short-form video content when needed.

Job Description

We are looking for a confident and energetic Live Host to join our growing e-commerce team. You will be responsible for hosting live streaming sessions, introducing our health and wellness products, engaging with viewers, and supporting sales conversion during live sessions.

Previous live hosting experience is an advantage, but not required. Training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Host live streaming sessions on social media and e-commerce platforms.

Requirements

• Good communication and presentation skills.

• Comfortable and confident speaking in front of the camera.

• Able to communicate fluently in English and Bahasa Malaysia will be an added advantage.

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

• Responsible, punctual, and able to work well with a team.

• Interest in health, wellness, beauty, e-commerce, or social media is an advantage.

• Live hosting, sales, retail, or customer service experience is an added advantage.

• Fresh graduates and candidates without live hosting experience are welcome to apply.
