• Host LIVE sessions on TikTok Shop and Shopee to promote and sell gold jewellery.
• Introduce products, promotions, and new arrivals during LIVE sessions.
• Engage with viewers by answering questions and encouraging purchases.
• Achieve sales targets and LIVE performance KPIs.
• Plan LIVE content together with the marketing team.
• Assist in creating short-form content for social media when required.
• Learn product knowledge to provide accurate information to customers.
• Maintain a professional and positive brand image during every LIVE session.
