Job summary

Hunters International Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking a detail-oriented Warehouse Supervisor to support daily warehouse operations. You will oversee picking, packing, inventory control, and timely coordination with live commerce teams to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

Requirements include 2–3 years of hands-on experience in warehouse, fulfillment, or logistics operations, and the ability to read Mandarin. The role is based in Kota Damansara with a Mon–Sat 9am–6pm schedule and RM 3,500–RM 5,000

Qualifications

2–3 years of hands-on warehouse, fulfillment, or logistics operations.
Ability to read Mandarin is essential for processing Mandarin order notes.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure during peak campaigns.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily picking, packing, and dispatch workflows to ensure accuracy and on-time handovers.
Lead regular cycle counts, stock reconciliations and minimize shrinkage with real-time WMS accuracy.
Supervise and schedule warehouse assistants; set daily targets and safety standards.
Manage stock receiving, put-away, and space optimization to improve picking routes.
Collaborate with live commerce, customer service and procurement on stock for campaigns.
Refine SOPs to reduce errors, speed parcel processing and cut packing costs.
