Job summary

TikTok LIVE Team in Kuala Lumpur offers an Agency Operation Project Intern role for 2026 start. You will liaise with live agencies, assist in traffic resource allocation, support performance tracking, and help with campaign rollout.

This internship provides hands-on exposure to data analysis, cross-team collaboration, and content design support, with 5-day weeks and a chance to grow in a fast-paced tech environment.

Qualifications

• Pursuing an undergraduate degree in related fields.
• Proficient reading/writing Chinese, English, and Malay.
• Willing to commit to 5 days per week.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with live agencies on daily operations, handling requests such as traffic resource allocation, ban appeal resolution, and campaign rollout communication.
• Support data analysis and performance tracking for daily agency operations, providing actionable insights for continuous optimization.
• Support content design, poster production, campaign rollout, and participation tracking for major campaigns, along with proposing optimization suggestions.
• Announce and follow up on key updates.
• Collaborate with and provide day-to-day support to other internal teams.
