Job summary

Sabah Law Society is seeking a capable paralegal to support the litigation department. The role requires a minimum of SPM or equivalent, strong computer skills and proficiency in MS Office, and bilingual English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Additional Mandarin ability is an advantage. Candidates with 2–3 years in a law firm and basic conveyancing exposure will be given due consideration; salary will be commensurate with performance and experience.

• SPM level qualification or equivalent.

• 2–3 years of working experience in a law firm, litigation department.
• Basic conveyancing experience is an added advantage.

Job description

Qualifications and experience must include inter alia:-

• Minimum SPM or equivalent.
• Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office.
• At least 2 – 3 years of working experience in a law firm specifically in litigation department.
• Basic experience in the conveyancing department is an added advantage.
• Proficient in both oral and written English and Bahasa Malaysia. Ability to speak in Mandarin is an added advantage.

Salary will commensurate with performance and working experience.
