Job summary

Austria Technologie & Systemtechnik AG is looking for a supervisor for Mechanical production lines in Kulim, Kedah. You will optimize human resources and ensure compliance with procedures while maintaining safety standards on the shop floor.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Material Science, with a minimum of 5 years in a supervisory role within Semiconductor or PCB manufacturing. We offer competitive compensation and growth opportunities within an expanding international company.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years experience in supervisory role in Semiconductor, PCB, or equivalent.
• Ability to work in clean room environment.
• Results oriented, hardworking, and able to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Supervise overall activity of Mechanical production lines for high productivity.
• Ensure operational execution compliance with defined procedures.
• Drive for the implementation of 5S and safety standards.

Skills

Strong problem solving skills

Good analytical skills

Knowledge of quality tools (8D, SPC, MSA, DOE, FMEA)

Good interpersonal and communication skills

Ability to work independently

Ability to lead teams

Education
