Qualifications

• Must perform daily basic TLC (Tighten, Lubricate, Clean) to maintain machine health and reliability.
• Mandatory shift rotation and willingness to work under tight production schedules.
• Required to work on public holidays or rest days when production demands arise.
• Daily Maintenance: Disciplined in following a daily Cleaning & Lubrication (TLC) schedule to prevent machine wear.
• Material Management: Load raw materials (labels, shrink film, glue) into the machine accurately and efficiently.
• Proactive Reporting: Monitor machine performance and immediately report abnormalities (strange noises, leaks, or vibrations) on machinery to the technical team.
