Job summary

PNE Electric Sdn Bhd in Johor Bahru is seeking a Repairer to support the supervisor in leading the production team to meet delivery, quality, cost, safety, and efficiency objectives while ensuring materials and processes align with standard work instructions.

The role involves maintaining good housekeeping, safe operations, accurate stock checks, and performing PCB repair tasks, soldering, and AOI supervision.

Qualifications

• SPM with 2 year experience in the same line.
• Familiarity with PCB repair and ESD regulations.
• Ability to read PCB legends and component polarity.

Responsibilities

• Ensure good housekeeping and safety at all times.
• Ensure proper line/machine loading arrangements.
• Keep stock takes accurate and efficient.
• Control materials to prevent EM stock accumulation.
• Maintain production documents and traceability.

1.1 To assisting supervisor lead production team in achieving delivery, quality, cost, safety production documents and efficiency objectives

1.2 To ensure material handlers and operator are motivated and competent to meet customer’s requirements.

1.3 To drive the production team to achieving target.

B. Duties and responsibilities

1.1 To ensure good house keeping and safety at all time.

1.2 To ensure effectiveness on arrangement for lines or machines loading.

1.3 To ensure stock take results are accurate and efficient.

1.4 To ensure material are control within the job. No accumulation of EM material are allowed.

1.5 To ensure filing of all production documents.

1.6 To marking attendance.

1.7 Lot submission to QC with job traveler form.

REPAIRER

A. Primary job function

1.1 To assisting supervisor lead production team in achieving delivery, quality, cost, safety, production

documents and efficiency objectives

1.2 To ensure material handlers and operator are motivated and competent to meet customer’s requirements.

1.3 To drive the production team to achieving target.

B. Duties and responsibilities

1.1 To ensure good house keeping and safety at all time.

1.2 To ensure stock take results are accurate and efficient.

1.3 Follow the standard working procedure and instruction to perform the repair activity.

1.4 To carry out PCBA repair activity to support all the repaired product and adhere to ESD regulations.

1.5 To support for the NPI product of the special process which related to manual soldering process.

1.6 Make relevant paperwork when complete the task, ensuring traceability and compliance is maintained throughout the process.

1.7 Managing work on multiple projects, with different team members, priorities, and delivery schedules.

1.8. Installing components onto printed circuit boards using hand tools such as hot air blow and soldering irons.

1.9. Train the new operator for the standard soldering process.

1.10. Supervise the AOI section and ensure the product qualities are meet.

1.11. Reading PCB legends and component polarity to fully understand before repairing task.
