WongLegacyAdvisory in Klang Valley invites a full-time Life Insurance Specialist to assess clients’ protection needs and propose life, accident, and health solutions. The role blends on-site client meetings with some work-from-home days.

You will conduct consultations, explain policy features, prepare proposals, and guide applicants through the process while building long-term client relationships and contributing to sales growth under ethical standards.

Role Description

The Life Insurance Specialist role is a full-time position based in Klang valley with a hybrid work arrangement, combining on-site activities with some work-from-home flexibility. In this role, the specialist engages with prospective and existing customers to understand their financial protection needs and recommend suitable life, accident, and health insurance solutions.

Daily responsibilities include conducting consultations, explaining policy features and benefits, preparing proposals, and supporting customers through the application.

The specialist is expected to build long-term relationships with clients, contribute to sales growth, and uphold AIA’s commitment to ethical, customer-centric service.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in Insurance Sales and Sales, with the ability to meet targets through ethical and consultative selling will be an added advantage.
• Strong Customer Service skills, including active listening, clear communication, and a focus on building trust and long-term relationships.
• Minimum SPM, diploma or bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Fluency in English and local languages used in Kelang; strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Relevant certification or license in life insurance or financial services.
