We are seeking a dedicated and qualified HRM Lecturer to join our academic team in Kuala Terengganu. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching in Human Resource Management, supporting curriculum development, mentoring students, and contributing to academic and institutional activities.
Design and deliver engaging lectures, tutorials, workshops, and other learning activities in Human Resource Management (HRM) and related subjects.
Develop and enhance course materials, incorporating technology, industry practices, and student-centred teaching approaches.
Deliver core HRM subjects with academic rigour, consistency, and relevance to current industry practices.
Design, administer, moderate, and grade assessments in accordance with academic standards and institutional policies.
Provide timely and constructive feedback to students and ensure accurate submission of grades and academic reports.
Support curriculum mapping and alignment with Course Learning Outcomes (CLOs) and Programme Learning Outcomes (PLOs).
Contribute to curriculum review and enhancement in line with Malaysian and international HRM practices and industry requirements.
Participate in MQA documentation, accreditation exercises, quality assurance activities, and academic audits.
Supervise students in final-year projects, research projects, internships, and other academic activities where applicable.
Conduct scholarly research in Human Resource Management, organisational behaviour, employment relations, talent management, training and development, or related areas.
Minimum Bachelor's Degree and Master Degree in Human Resource Management (HRM), Human Resource Development (HRD) or a related field.
Relevant teaching experience in Human Resource Management at tertiary level will be an advantage.
Candidates with relevant industry experience in HR, including talent management, recruitment, training and development, performance management, employee relations, compensation and benefits, or HR analytics, are encouraged to apply.
Strong knowledge of contemporary HRM theories, practices, and current industry trends.
Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and classroom management skills.
Ability to develop engaging learning materials and use digital technologies in teaching.
Experience with curriculum development, assessment design, MQA requirements, or academic quality assurance will be an advantage.
Research experience and publications in HRM or related fields will be an advantage.
Ability to work collaboratively with academic staff, students, industry partners, and other stakeholders.
