Coherent Corp. is seeking a skilled content developer to support a range of training programs and digital learning initiatives. You will assist in instructional design, analyze learning data, and work with stakeholders to improve the effectiveness of digital learning.

You will manage onboarding and department trainings via the LMS, ensuring a seamless experience for learners, instructors, and administrators, in a hybrid environment.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required or closely related field.
• 3–5 years hands-on experience in training, instructional design, or content development.
• Proficient with eLearning tools such as Storyline, Rise, Camtasia, Adobe Creative Suite, Vyond.
• Familiar with SCORM, xAPI; strong data analysis and Excel skills.
• Experience with LMS platforms and digital learning platforms.

Responsabilidades

• Design and develop end-to-end courseware including interactive modules and assessments.
• Convert SME content into learner-ready materials aligned to ADDIE and Bloom’s Taxonomy.
• Quality review of training content for accuracy and standards.
• Administer and maintain LMS, onboard new hires, schedule and track ILT sessions.
• Create reports and dashboards to measure learner engagement and training effectiveness.
