Tuesday to Saturday, 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM
Fixed schedule to help you avoid peak-hour commuting
Off on Malaysian public holidays
Additional long breaks aligned with Taiwan holiday periods (e.g. extended Chinese New Year break)
This is a service-driven role where you’ll support students’ learning journey while building strong relationships with parents.
Support students through assessments, speaking practice, and basic English guidance
Keep parents updated on their child’s progress and learning outcomes
Build long-term relationships with parents and encourage referrals through positive experience
Manage scheduling, class arrangements, and coordination through internal systems
Leverage AI tools to enhance communication and service quality
Strong Mandarin communication skills (you’ll be working closely with Taiwan-based parents)
Basic English proficiency
A genuine interest in education and working with children
Comfortable using digital tools and open to learning AI-based systems
Minimum SPM qualification; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply (training provided)
Monthly salary: RM 3,000 – RM 5,500 (basic + allowances)
