Job summary

Celestica seeks a Processes & Applications Advisor to bridge global supply chain strategy with site operations. You will drive continuous improvement, optimize processes, and lead cross-functional project teams across the Celestica ecosystem.

In this role you will mentor staff, influence stakeholders, and design scalable, IT-enabled procurement and quotation workflows while maintaining alignment with corporate compliance.

Qualifications

• Six to eight years of progressive professional experience in global CI/supply chain.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, IT, Materials Management, or equivalent.
• Lean Six Sigma Black/Green belt certification is recommended.

Responsibilities

• Lead CI initiatives using Lean and Six Sigma to drive process efficiency across global sites.
• Architect end-to-end e-Business solutions to streamline data and enable collaboration among Celestica, customers and suppliers.
• Facilitate requirement-gathering workshops to align objectives with workflows and translate needs into technical specifications.
• Advise executive leadership on constraints, risk mitigation, and actionable optimization plans based on data.
