Qualifications

• Strong data analytics collaboration with Quality and Production teams.

Join Lam as a Lean Manufacturing Manager to support continuous improvement initiatives within our Malaysia manufacturing operations. This role focuses on implementing Lean principles & tools, optimizing production processes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.

What You’ll Do

Lean Implementation

• Apply Lean tools such as 5S, Kaizen, Kanban, and Value Stream Mapping to improve manufacturing processes
• Support workstation standardization and layout optimization
• Assist in developing visual management systems and performance tracking dashboards
• Drive operational excellence in Manufacturing through Shingo Model implementation

Process Improvement

• Identify areas of waste and inefficiency and propose actionable solutions
• Participate in root cause analysis and corrective action planning
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to implement process changes
• Lead and promote kaizen culture

Training & Support

• Provide Lean training to operators and team leads
• Facilitate improvement workshops and Gemba walks
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement across the site

Data & Quality Collaboration

• Support data collection and analysis using tools like SAP and MES
• Work with Quality teams to monitor defect trends and support improvement initiatives
