Job summary

ViTrox Corporation Berhad in Penang seeks a Lean Deployment Executive to drive optimization across operations. You will promote lean culture, identify improvement areas, set goals, and develop action plans aligned with LEAN methodology.

You will coach teams, manage Kaizen projects within timelines and budgets, and mentor staff to achieve lead time reduction and continuous growth for the company MIG.

Qualifications

• Degree in Technology Operation or related field.
• Proficiency in Lean concepts and familiarity with Lean tools.
• Knowledge of ERP system processes.
• Experience leading project teams to meet deadlines.
• 1-3 years related working experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Promote and facilitate company-wide operation system & process improvement aligned with LEAN methodology principles.
• Initiate or facilitate the operation team in identifying key areas of improvement, setting goals, and developing action plans to meet the Lean Operation strategy.
• Responsible for creating and maintaining Lean culture in the company.
• Manage Lean or Kaizen improvement projects and deliver project objectives within timeline and budget.
• Coach & mentor team on the Lean or Kaizen process to achieve MIG on lead time improvement & continuous growth target.
