Job summary

TT Steel Processing (M) Sdn Bhd in Klang, Selangor, is seeking a Quality Inspector to operate and handle parts in packing, follow SOPs for product quality, safety and customer requirements, and prepare areas and tools before production.

Responsibilities include loading/unloading, calibrating daily tools, inspecting in-process and post-production lots, entering data on checksheets, and making quality judgments when a supervisor is unavailable. Factory located at Bukit Raja Industrial Park, Klang.

• Able to work on shifts.

Responsibilities

• Operate and Handle parts / materials in packing/packaging.
• Follow any relevant Standard Operation Procedure in maintaining product quality, safety, customer req. and compliance to SOP.
• Prepare area and tools preparation prior to area clearance.
• Clean and ensure all equipment and tools in good condition before and after operating.
• Follow good documentation practices & good manufacturing practices.
• Prepare empty pallets for productions.
• Load and unload parts and other goods from trucks.
• Calibrate daily measuring tools
• Inspect all lots after production and before packing
• Inspect incoming coil for verification after done by production member
• Inspect before delivery after delivery member scan all part need to be delivered.
• Key in inspection data into the checksheet provided
• Responsible for judgement in quality issue in case no Supervisor available
• Able to work on shifts.

TTSPM involving in Manufacturing Steel Sheet thru process of Blanking, Trapezoid, Rectangle & Round Cut mainly for Automotive and Others Industry.

Main automotive customers are Toyota, Perodua and others.

Ours newly construct factory is located to Bukit Raja Industrial Park, Klang. Selangor and has already been operating in January 2016.
