Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional UI/UX design experience with a strong portfolio.
• Proficient in Figma, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite (XD, Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Strong UI graphic design skills: layout, color theory, typography, iconography.
• Deep understanding of UX principles, responsive design, accessibility.
• Solid knowledge of HTML/CSS fundamentals and handoff to developers.
• Experience designing for web and mobile across multiple platforms.
• Excellent communication and ability to present ideas to stakeholders.
• Ability to balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design process from research to usability testing.
• Translate business requirements into user-centered solutions.
• Create and maintain design systems, UI libraries, and style guides.
• Champion UX best practices and advocate for user needs.
• Conduct user research and usability studies to iterate designs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for high-quality implementation.
• Mentor junior designers and contribute to team growth.
