Job summary

MetaComp Pte Ltd is seeking a UI/UX Designer to craft intuitive experiences across web and mobile products. You will partner with product and engineering to turn requirements into polished, user-centered designs and design systems.

2+ years in UI/UX, proficiency with Figma/Sketch/Adobe XD, and a strong grasp of responsive design and design systems are required. Basic HTML/CSS knowledge is a plus for collaboration.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of UI/UX design experience for web and mobile products.
• Proficiency with Figma, Sketch or Adobe XD.
• Strong understanding of responsive design and design systems.
• Ability to create and maintain design specs and handoff docs for engineers.

Responsibilities

• Design wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity UI for web and mobile apps.
• Create and maintain a design system / component library for Vue and Flutter apps.
• Conduct user research and usability testing; translate findings into improvements.
• Collaborate with frontend engineers for pixel-perfect implementation.
• Produce interactive prototypes to communicate design intent and flows.
• Iterate on designs based on stakeholder, user, and analytics feedback.
• Ensure accessibility (WCAG) and responsive design compliance.
