Job summary

VML, part of WPP, seeks a UI/UX Designer to lead end-to-end design for interfaces and prototypes. You will research user needs, create cohesive design systems, and ensure a pixel-perfect experience across products within a hybrid work setup.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years in UI/UX design, a strong portfolio, and proficiency with Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, with excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Design, HCI, or related field.
• 2–3 years of UI/UX design experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end design of user interfaces, wireframes, high-fidelity designs, and interactive prototypes.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, designers, and stakeholders to refine requirements and ensure user-centered solutions.
• Ensure design quality across all stages from concept to implementation and conduct usability testing.
