Job summary

Professional Tools in Malaysia is seeking a Quality Assurance Lead to strengthen vendor qualification and incoming goods quality. You will head the Incoming Quality Control Team and design inspection plans for vendors and internal teams, driving compliance with quality requirements.

You will participate in ongoing quality improvement programs and ensure timely reporting of quality performance across all processes.

Qualifications

3 to 5 years of experience in Assembly or Plastic Injection Molding or Sheet Metal Stamping.
Diploma or Degree in Engineering.

Responsibilities

Attending the vendor audit and qualifying the vendor, to buy-off process and parts and quality issues.
To ensure the good quality of all incoming goods and outsource process activities.
To lead a team of quality members including the Incoming Quality Control Team.
To prepare a Quality Inspection Plan for the both vendor and internal team(s) on all incoming goods and outsource processes.
To develop the vendor to meet our Company’s quality requirements.
To participate in continuous quality improvement programs and activities.
To ensure all quality performance reports are submitted timely.
