Job summary

WINSTAR ALUMINIUM MANUFACTURING SDN BHD is seeking a Site Supervisor to oversee rooftop and ground-mounted solar PV installation works across multiple project sites in Malaysia.

You will coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, consultants and internal teams, ensure work quality, and adhere to drawings, specs, and schedules.

The role requires a Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical or related field, strong leadership and communication, and willingness to travel to site locations.

Qualifications

• Must have experience supervising solar PV or construction site activities.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and project docs.
• Strong leadership, planning, and coordination skills.
• Good communication and teamwork capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily site activities for rooftop and ground-mounted solar PV installations.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and internal teams to ensure smooth site operations.
• Ensure works are executed according to approved drawings, specifications, method statements, and project timelines.
• Attend site visits, inspections, and coordination meetings as required by the project.
• Monitor site progress and prepare regular progress updates and reports for management.
• Identify site issues and coordinate corrective actions to avoid delays and disruptions.
