Job summary

iBroad Solutions in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Lead Software Engineer with deep hands-on Java experience to design and build scalable enterprise solutions across CRM, CPQ, Billing and Order Management.

You will lead architecture discussions, mentor development teams, and drive microservices and API integration while ensuring performance, security and reliability in a telecom-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
• 6–10 years of software/enterprise application development experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with Java; knowledge of Go, Python or TypeScript is an advantage.
• Strong experience in Microservices, REST APIs and distributed systems.
• Experience with BSS/OSS, CPQ, CRM, Order Management or Billing systems.
• Experience with zSmart BSS, zSmart CPQ or similar platforms is highly preferred.
• Good knowledge of Oracle, MySQL or PostgreSQL.
• Experience with Linux and Git.
• Hands-on experience with Kafka or other messaging/event-driven technologies.
• Strong problem-solving, communication and technical leadership skills.
