Job summary

Shearwater GeoServices in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Project Leader within the Processing & Imaging team. You will lead a team of processing geophysicists, guiding projects from planning through execution with a focus on quality, timeliness, and client satisfaction.

You will collaborate with global P&I teams, software developers, R&D, Sales and IT/HPC to implement best practices and innovative technologies. A strong emphasis on people development and knowledge sharing guides your leadership

Qualifications

Degree in Geophysics, Physics, or related scientific discipline; strong experience in Time and Depth Imaging.
Proven ability to lead a geophysics processing team and manage projects from planning through execution.
Strong client-facing and presentation skills with collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities

Lead a team of processing geophysicists to deliver seismic processing and imaging projects.
Own assigned projects from planning to execution, ensuring quality, safety, and schedule.
Serve as the primary technical contact for clients and drive project reviews with global teams.
