Job summary

Broadcom in Penang, Malaysia, seeks a Senior/Staff NPI Product Engineer to drive new RF products from design to high-volume manufacturing. You will lead bring-up, develop RF test strategies, and partner with R&D to anticipate risks and optimize yields through data-driven methods.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Electronics Engineering or related discipline.
• 4–8 years of industry experience; RF Test Development, Product Characterization, or Product Engineering preferred.
• Ability to read schematics and understand RF components; proficiency with ADS, JMP, and Python.
• Strong data analysis skills; Six Sigma (Green/Black Belt preferred) and statistical methods.
• Familiarity with ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Transformers) or LangChain/RAG for data automation.
• Excellent English communication; able to present to cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead Product Bring-Up: guide new products from R&D into mass production with cross-functional teams.
• Product Characterization: design and implement RF test strategies for validation before release.
• Risk Analysis & Quality: perform manufacturing risk assessments to ensure smooth ramp-up.
• Data-Driven Problem Solving: use statistical tools to troubleshoot bottlenecks and improve yields.
• Continuous Improvement: connect design, test data, and manufacturing to boost performance.
