Job summary

Arista Networks in Malaysia seeks a senior Quality Engineer to join a cross-functional team spanning hardware, software, mechanical, MFG, test and supply chain, reporting to the Quality Engineering Manager.

You will establish quality standards and KPIs, develop and implement a robust QMS, and drive supplier audits to ensure high-quality components for networking equipment. You will lead investigations, 8D processes, RCA and CLCA for NPI and production.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering (MS preferred).
• 10+ years in Quality Engineering in high-tech manufacturing.
• Experience with ISO/TL 9000 and other QMS.
• Experience with PCBA manufacturing and electro-mechanical assembly.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication.

Responsibilities

• Establish quality standards and KPIs for products and processes.
• Develop and implement a robust QMS within the organization.
• Collaborate with HW, SW, MFG and supply chain to mitigate quality risks.
• Develop supplier audit processes to ensure high-quality standards.
• Drive investigations and 8D processes for NPI, production and sustaining.
• Lead tiger teams for RCA and CLCA outcomes.
