Job summary

Texas Instruments is seeking an experienced MEP Project Manager for semiconductor factory expansion and tool hook-up. You will lead coordination across mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and utilities to support tool move-in and ramping of production.

You will work with contractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery. This role requires strong field execution and knowledge of cleanroom utility systems in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in Semiconductor Facilities and/or Construction.
• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, electrical engineering or related field.
• Experience delivering MEP scope in semiconductor, cleanroom, or high-tech facilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead MEP coordination for tool hook-up, facilities utility expansion, and cleanroom conversion projects from planning through installation, commissioning, and final handover.
• Review design drawings, layouts, submittals, and construction packages to ensure readiness for execution.
• Coordinate facility electrical and mechanical utility expansion to support new tools and production capacity.
• Support cleanroom conversion activities, including facility modifications and utility routing.
• Coordinate utility connections and facility interfaces to support tool installation and start-up.
